Transaction coordinating is a highly skilled position with tons of reward, but it is not well known and the training is seriously lacking. There is a huge need for competent transaction coordinators in the real estate industry however there is no training or guidance offered by the state, or anywhere really that I could find. Most transaction coordinators will tell you that they learned as they went and didn't really know what they were doing - they just figured it out as they would go. This program takes the trial and error out of the transaction coordinating so that you can start and/or boost your business ASAP and have things run smoothly.
